研究内容
1. 海洋生物来源抗神经退行性疾病活性物质研究与开发
主要从海洋微生物和食用海藻、海参等动植物中,在生物活性及质谱代谢组等手段引导下,通过现代生化分离技术发现可以防治阿尔茨海默氏症(老年痴呆症主要类型)、帕金森氏症、抑郁症等重大脑健康疾病的活性成分,并阐明其化学结构、生物合成基因、药效药理和构效关系,探索生物合成新途径,研究其成药性或作为健康食品的用途。
2. 海洋生物来源抗代谢紊乱、肿瘤等疾病活性物质研究与开发
主要从海洋生物资源中,在生物活性及质谱代谢组等手段引导下,通过现代生化分离技术发现可以防治痛风等代谢紊乱疾病及恶性肿瘤的活性成分,并阐明其结构和功效机制,开发相关的药物和健康食品。
