10月10-13日,食品科技学院刘书成教授带领团队老师和研究生参加了在北京召开的2025国际食品非热加工会议。广东海洋大学食品科技学院受邀作为本次会议的协办单位,刘书成教授作为本次会议的组织委员会委员,受邀主持了大会的分论坛1:基于压力的非热加工技术,并在论坛上作了“Dense Phase Carbon Dioxide Induced Gelation of Surimi: Formation Mechanism and in Vitro Digestion Profile”的学术报告。团队老师和研究生也分别在大会上做了学术报告,充分展示了我校“海洋食品绿色加工技术”创新团队在高密度二氧化碳、超声波、磁场、低温等离子体、高压静电场等非热加工技术的最新技术成果,并与全球食品领域的知名学者、行业领袖及企业代表,共同探讨非热加工技术的前沿进展与产业化路径,推动食品产业向绿色、高效、高品质方向转型升级。
本次大会由中国农业大学主办,由中国食品科学技术学会、美国食品技术协会非热加工分会(IFT-NDP)、欧洲食品科学与技术联盟(EFFoST)指导,广东海洋大学、江南大学等单位联合协办。会议以“非热加工技术助力可持续发展”为主题,会议内容从基础机理到产业应用,从传统食品改良到未来食品开发,全面覆盖了非热加工技术的热点与前沿,为全球学者与产业专家搭建了高层次交流平台。
