2025年5月23-25日，由香港理工大学食品科学与营养学院主办的“多糖科学及营养健康与未来食品应用”国际学术会议（ICPNFF-2025）在香港成功举办。此次会议以“用于营养保健和未来食品的多糖”为主题，吸引了来自全球30余个国家和地区的多名顶尖科学家、杰出学者及行业领军代表参与。广东海洋大学食品科技学院张杰良教授带领团队研究生参加此次大会并进行了学术交流。

会上，张杰良教授做了题为《Effect of polysaccharides from Porphyra haitanensis on intestinal function and its mechanism》的大会报告。研究生黎光会、刘可莹、SabirAmanUllah、陈琳等分别在会上作了题为《Effect of polysaccharides from Porphyra haitanensis on intestinal function and its mechanism》、《Hylocereus polyrhizus pomace polysaccharides for the treatment of obesity-induced intestinal mucosal injur》、《Pitaya stem polysaccharide promotes wound healing by modulating macrophage polarization via single-cell RNA sequencing evidence》、《Possibility of alleviating dextran sulfate sodiuminduced colitis in mice by modulate intestinal barrier function and gut microbiota with laminarin acetyl esters》以及《Structure–function relationship of the brown seaweed Undaria pinnatifida laminaran: Protein kinase C-mediated mucus secretion and gut barrier restoration》的学术报告。研究生潘特展示了题为“Advanced Hydrogel-Based Dressings with Zwitterionic and Silver Nanowire for Chronic Wound Management”的学术海报。

此次会议为学院师生提供了与国际顶尖学者交流、学习国际前沿知识、拓展学术视野的宝贵机会，也展现了广东海洋大学食品科技学院在多糖研究领域的研究进展，加强了学院的国际交流与合作。
