研究内容

(1)纳米淀粉负载活性物质(多酚等)作为抑菌剂在水产品(鱼、虾等)保鲜中的应用研究。

(2)淀粉基(如纳米淀粉,多孔淀粉、乳液、水凝胶、气凝胶等)运载体系的构建及其对海产品功能因子(如虾青素、岩藻黄质、ω-3、活性肽等)靶向递送研究。

(3)淀粉基(如乳液、水凝胶等)原料在3D打印中的应用及其构效关系研究。
